My 13 months old daughter is having cold since last 4 days..Giving her T-minic, crocin solvin nasal saline spray along with cyclopam as she is having stomach pain too..today she is again having fever..how many days it took to cure cold?is it safe to take crocin/T-minic more than 5 days?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cold is most of the time because of some viral infection or allergic condition and symptoms are usually sneezing, running nose, nasal congestion and fever. cough along with throat irritation are usually associated .
Treatment consists of antiallergic antipyretics analgesics and decongestants medicine .
As a home remedy steam inhalation would be very useful .
Medicines like wikoryl / tminic / Alex cold can be used in a proper dose for 3-5 days as per thfe symptoms .
Steam inhalation is repveated frequently .
