my 12 weeks baby boy sometimes he hold his neck but when we massage to him and during tummy time he doesn't lift his head why

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. the baby will be able to roll over completely by six months of age and by 3 month only side by rolling is possible as well as complete neck holding will also come only till 6 month of age. in some children this may get delayed also but there is nothing to worry you can consult doctor for r[ruling out any other problem
