Milestones are achieved at different timings for each baby but there is a range in which they should be achieved if there is too much delay then it requires a doctor examination to know if brain involvement is there or not hence it is a must to consult a pediatrician

See After completing the age of three months slowly gradually the head is going to start to be stable you cannot expect that in a go it will be stable it becomes completely stable by the age of six months slowly gradually only it will happen in another three months slowly gradually you will see that there is a lift you know so you try to give tummy time to your child you see if your child is trying to lift the head a little bit that means there is no problem you can easily wait up till the age of six months for that don’t be worried it is normal
