my 11 months daughter is having cold cough n fever...she is very irritated....not able to take feed and sleep well due to cold...kindly suggest some good remedy for speedy recovery

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Cold is a viral illness and symptoms could be sneezing, running nose, cough sore throat, nasal congestion and fever. Treatment contsists of antihistamines antipyretics analgesics and deconugestants . steam inhalation would be beneficial . Medicines like sinarest/wikoryl / Alex cold can be given in a proper dose according to the weight for 3-5 days as per the symptoms .
