My 11 month old has a yellow spot on upper teeth.is it tooth decay.wat should be doen

A. hi. tooth decay can be yellow or black spots, brush your child morning and evening daily to prevent tooth decay, after giving milk make him to rinse mouth, avoid sticky chocolates and sugar substance. you can send photo of teeth so that we can guide better or visit nearest dentist. thank you.
