My 11 month old girl has itchiness in vagina there is no redness

Try avoid harsh rubbing
if there is more of frequent discharge, then you should once consult with your doctor

Take antiseptic liquid into warm water clean that area properly and apply coconut oil or anti septic cream maybe it is just due to some kind of a dryness into the vagina and still the problem is happening then in that case it would be advisable for you to consult your doctor one time
