it might be reaction to the food , indigestion or infection.
so if your child looks happy healthy and active, gains enough weight,eat and sleep well then no need to worry about motions frequency and it's texture.
provide natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc to your child.
keep your child well hydrated
maintain good hygiene
