Q.

My 10 mo is not willing to drink water. we try to sneak it in, as much as we can but he actively refuses to drink water. he has moved to semi solids such as halwa, smoothies and we add quite a bit of water in these. what can be done to increase his water intake? also, water rich fruits such as watermelons, giving them, will it help?

A. Hello my dear parent! You can give sips of coconut water, fennel seeds infused water and so on your baby. Ensure that your baby is well hydrated all through the day along with daily breastfeeding. Try giving water in cute Babyhug cups and sippers
