My 1 yr 1 month old baby is suffering from severe cough and cold. She coughs heavily and we can hear the sound of his cold in chest. Now, doctor has prescribed her medicines but is there any alternative way such as apply of any ointment like vicks , or any thing that can heal her cough and extract out cold bulgam. Please help

A. good evening definitely continue the medicine apart from that you can try to massage on the chest with warm mustard oil mixed with rocksol turmeric and garlic this will help to provide some relief to the child
