Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. they are respiratory secretions which is present in the narrow respiratory tract of the child.
the sound of ghar... ghar.. is present when air passes over these secretions in the narrow respiratory tract.
if the respiratory rate of the child is within normal limits and the child is not having any other complaints do not worry about the sound which is present due to respiratory secretions.
if you feel that the child is having some difficulty in breathing you cadn always give nasal saline drops in the nasal cavity which will wash away the mucus present in the nasal cavity as well as the resdpiratory tract.
the problem improve with increasing age of the child when there is broadening of the respiratory tract .
RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 years agoA. Sometimes the Sims can happen due to congestion in the chest and nose blockage as well but since you were saying that it has been happening for a very long time and a doctor says it is normal then maybe it is just at the time of a feeding the child is having some kind of an issue so keep the head of your child into an elevated position and feed and see if that helps
