My 1 month baby does Gurr gurr sound while i put him on shoulder while burping. wat is the reason and how to stop this

A. Can you check up done by your doctor because we cannot be sure about what that sound is associated with so once your doctor is going to examine the child physically they will understand whether it is actually some problem or natural thing that your child
