multi grain aata bnane ke liye Wheat flour me Ragi flour, bazra flour md jwar flour ki kitni kitni matra honi chahiye. kya isme chane ka aata or makke ka aata bhi milya ja skta hai??

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. ek combination of up to 5 grains of different varieties is multigrain ok cfor further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given
