Ragi flour or sprouted ragi flour in ragi porridge for my 6 month baby ?

A. Sprouted ragi flour is best.. Give vegetables (eg pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, carrot puree) fruits (eg cooked pears/apple, ripe banana) . Moong Daal water, rice kangi. Ragi porridge, rice porridge, khichdi.

A. Hello ma’am Ragi should basically be introduced to the child after the age of eight months and if you have introduced it already and your child is happy with it there is no issue with motion or digestion to the child and do not worry about it continue with it there is no
