A. Namaste Mom, From the age of 1 onwards child can be given all regular family foods, so what ever meals you make for the family from that only you can give. so be it soft stuff paranthas, also you can eggs, chilla made with gramflour, panner, or with moong dal etc , apart from that you can give idli, upma, dosa, veremceli, poha , for lunch rice, roti, dal, kichidi etc
