A. Have healthy diet, have small meals frequent times a day, avoid consuming junk food . Eat a high-protein diet with plenty of soluble fiber. Avoid to eat a lot of sugary foods take lots if water You can walk daily half an hour. Do aerobic exercise, cycling, suryanamaskaar, yoga.
