Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 8 yr 2 m old boy4 years agoA. this can occurs due to weather changes or simple cold and rarely infection. kindly give nasal saline drops (nasoclear /nasivion s)every three hourly and since it is a salt water/saline water it does not have any side effects and can be given again and again for nasal blockage and respiratory cough. it will dissolve mucus in nose and throat. try to prevent temperature variations around the child and you can also give indirect steam inhalation and if there is no improvement in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor if not improving then kindly meet your doctor

Give sinarist 2.5 ML twice a day for 3 to 5 days and give indirect steam regularly to the child these things are very important to be taken care of when the cold does not subside completely it’s a good idea to give indirect steam to the child regularly two times in the day for a minimum of 10 minutes
