ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. you can wait even until 15 months of age for the child to start walking but by no the baby should be able to sit independently and you can consult a doctor for an evaluation

If The child is not able to see you should immediately get a check with your doctor because by the age of eight months we expect the child to sit independently or maybe nine months if you stretch it for if a child is pre-term child but even if at the age of 11 months your child is not sitting and please get it checked once
