meri baby ko bahut jyada cold ho gya or sath me khasi v h khasi ke karana ulti v ho jati h fever v tha hun usko doc se dikhaye to sinarest or mox syrub diye lekin avi v usko aram nhi h bahut jyada ghar ghar karti h koi or medicine de sakti hun kya

A. Cough is a response of the body defence mechanism where the respiratory tract tries to expel the external factors by producing excess of mucous and cough reflex. Most of the times it's infective in origin . Viral infection are most common. A proper exacmination is required before giving any medication. Antxitussive / bronchodilator/ expectorant medicine are given as per need.
