mere delivery 15 march ko hue thi c section se..muhe back ke upper part me bahut pain hota ha..mera abdomen bahut heavy fell hota ha ..my abdomen look like a pooch..bahut hevey and lower abdomen me lagta ha jase kuch touch ho raha...unable to walk...delivery ke bad se indigestion problem h ? what to do.

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. check thyroid. eat well. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios tooCut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.
