Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cold is most of the time because of some viral infection or allergic condition and symptoms are usually sneezing, running nose, nasal congestion and fever. cough along with throat irritation are usually associated .
Treatment consists of antiallergic antipyretics analgesics and decongestants medicine .
As a home remedy steam inhalation would be very useful .
Medircines like wikoryl / tminic / Alex cold can be used in a proper dose for 3-5 days as per fdthe symptoms .
Steam inhalation is repeated frequently .

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 years agoA. Hi Only same can be given to the child and family and if you want you can also nebulise your child things in terms of home remedy then you can go for but it is important that you do give medicine to the child as well because that has its own benefit you
