then gradually introduce other foods like
rice dal blends, add vegetables like carrots tomatoes doodhi
fruit puree

Start giving small quantities of semi solids like homemade cerelac, mashed bananas, apple purée, carrot purée, ragi, daal or chaaval paani. Give sips of water in between meals. Continue breastfeeding. Good luck and take care.
