mere baby subah se 2 vomiting kar chuki hai or pet dard bhi bol rahi hai kya karu?

It could be due to stomach infection food poisoning or indigestion because vomiting is there and then stomach pain is your child complaining that means either of the three could be the issue so if you consult your doctor they going to be better in terms of helping you with the medication to follow
