mere baby ko fever hai kya kare aur cold bhi hai kafi jyada matlab balgum bhi

A. Measure body temperature and Give paracetamol if body temperature is above 100 F and give plenty of fluids and mop baby's body with wet cloth and tap water and for cold add maxtra drops
