A. hello 4-5 times motion is normal and green motion can be if child as infection or teething or sometimes due to food color consumed and if the baby is doing all fine then may not be a problem otherwise it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better
