For this query ,it will be better to have a detailed clinical assessment as required so you should contact your nearby doctor or pediatrician to get physic redal examination done for the proper diagnosis and then only proper treatment suggestions can be given .

SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl3 years agoA. Hi, if the pimple are small then you can apply coconut oil and leave it for sometime repeat this twice or thrice in a day. If the pimple or big then it might be some allergy and it is good to consult paediatrician and get checked once.
