it happens because of many reasons like allergy to something like fabric or cosmetics,heat or sweating or infection etc
so please dress your child in loose fitting Cotton clothes
keep your child in well vantileted room
avoid using any cosmetics
keep that area clean
maintain good hygiene.
you can apply thin layer of coconut oil or baby soothing Calamine lotion on it
