You can try mama earth berry blast toothpaste for young children I am using it for my kids .they are using it twice .it is made of natural ingredients,so it is safe for them also there is no smell in their mouth any more .first it use to be there.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl13 hours agoA. Is your child having constipation is a lot of times it is believed due to constipation also when the stomach is not clean sometimes the mouth can smell but it would be better for you to get examined by a doctor once for better clarity
