mere baby girl 3 weeks ki hai uske face par bohot sari red choti Dane nikal aye hai kya reason hoga??,,aur kya me malish kar sakti ho baby ko figora oil se?

A. it might be baby acne. which is quite common in newborns. it will appear at two weeks and gradually subside by it's own by the age of two months. better to use coconut oil
