mere 10 months ke one boy and one girl babies hai. boy ko 2 teeth aa gaye hai par girl ko nahi aur uske gums me bhi koi farak nahi hai. un donoko den tonic pills chalu hai.

you need not worry that your baby has not any teeth .teething may occur anytime between 6-14 month. Wait upto 14 month..

Remember that each child is unique and different when it comes to reaching their milestones. Maintain a good personal and oral hygiene. Teething might continue till 18 months in few babies. If you are still concerned better consult your doctor for further advice.
