mera weight kam nahi jo raha 77kg hai stomach pe jada fat hai aur period bhi irregular 15 day late hoti hai monthly

A. Hello To lose weight & fat % 1. Avoid sugar. sweets, junk fried foods 2. Include Nutrient dense foods like green vegetables fruits, nuts, skim milk, egg whites, pulses sprouts curd 3. Exercise for 45 minutes atleast daily 4. drink plenty of water
