Mera weight 72 kg hai mujhe weight lose karna hai... but m jab bhi weight lose karna strt karti ho toh khana kaam khati but mujhe utni hi jyada bhook lagti h... mne kya karna chahiye or kaise?

A. hello you should have a healthy and nutritious well balanced food in the diet and also you should be doing walking and excercise which can be of help and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same
