A. see you can eat in small portion. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

A. Ma’am It’s good that you want to lose weight but you didn’t mention any details associated with yourself like you’re about your delivery or how did you deliver how old your child is so without having all these information in hand I will not be able to help you with it
