You’re not supposed to do any dieting as long as you are exclusively breast-feeding your baby and if you have had a vagina delivery then you can start working out as early as six weeks after giving birth itself but if you had a cesarean surgery you can keep doing brisk walking for at least six months and only after that you can do all sorts of exercisesWrite Your Answer Here
