A. hi parent please avoid rice and wheat please include multi grain in your daily diet like jovar ragi etc with fresh seasonal fruits and different seed and nut please include natural probiotics in your daily diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug multipurpose cleaner please avoid maida items and packaged food
