AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. It is not advisable to do any exercise after upto 4-5 months of delivery. Please eat home made food only and avoid outside food items. Also avoid oily and spicy and maida food items. If you had normal delivery, then you can do walk atleast thirty minutes daily and do yoga under a professional yoga teacher. Drink Shaadmani Blue fusion green tea which is good for weight loss.
