mera delivery c section se hokar 2and half months hua. when should I start exercise to loss tummy fat?

Look for 829 months till the time your stitches do not be completely and your doctor does not give you a suggestion you cannot go ahead with workout and exercising also right now you should focus upon eating healthy and well because you’re feeding a child and a body has a lot of weakness after delivery so that will help in rejuvenating your body
