Veggies like moringa leaves, Broccoli, Beet root, lufa, and Spinach is another iron-loaded vegetable.
Dried apricots, figs, raisins and prunes. Are also good source of iron.

If iron level is low then give food and fruits rich in iron like apple, pomergrate, spinach, tomatoes, raisins, jaggery, guava, eggplant, beetroot, etc to increase the iron level.
