mera baby sab khati h Jo Mai lunch ur dinner me Khanna banti hu Phir bhi anemic lagti h daily juice bhi deti hu Aisa kyo h fruit nhi khati h to Mai usko puree banakar deti hu

A. hi, It is difficult to identity symptoms without examining. Get your child examined for any deficiencies. give her more irin rich food. Pulses, such as baked beans, kidney beans, chickpeas, garbanzo beans, lentils, and peas are extremely good for your baby as they are rich in iron. Offer fruits like pomegranate, apple, raspberry, strawberry, kiwi, banana. Veggies like moringa leaves, Broccoli, Beet root, lufa, and Spinach is another iron-loaded vegetable. Dried apricots, figs, raisins and prunes. Are also good source of iron.

A. Hi mom Anaemic lagti hai aapko ya doctor ne confirm kiya hai?? If iron level is low then give food and fruits rich in iron like apple, pomergrate, spinach, tomatoes, raisins, jaggery, guava, eggplant, beetroot, etc to increase the iron level.
