mera baby ko fever agay h achanak gais se wajah se pahle pet me pain hua fir fever agya abhi 100 hai baby 10 month ka h weight 10 kg h parasitamol kitna dose de skate hai

If the child us having stomach pain along with fever loose motions then could be due to stomach infection so give light to digest foods ajwain water coconut water to the baby and if body temperature is above 99 F then give Crocin syrup to the child
