mere 1 year baby ko evening me light fever tha fir normal temperature ho gya but abh night me fir se fever agya. kya krun

A. Hello, your baby boy is 13 months old and he is having a mild fever at night times so if temperature is less than 100 degrees no medicine is needed otherwise syrup ibugesic plus syrup 2 ml sos 🆘
