10 din pahle fever hua tha ,fever and caugh to nhi ab bt cold theek nhi huee..abhi bhi naak se pani aata h h

A. Cold most of the time is a viral illness where there could be running nose sneezing along with cough and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration . steam inhalation will also be useful in this . cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators or antitussives medicine which should be used once a proper evaluation by the doctor is donre and according to the type of cough its prescribed. if any fever is there paracetamyol can be given to reduce the temperature and the dose can be repeated again after 6 hours if required .

A. Sinarist give this one ML to your child for minimum three and maximum five days along with that also I would advise you Rishabh go ahead with giving indirect steam and halation to the child
