Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it can be allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination.
steam inhalation will be bejneficial in bioth the cases along with decongestant medicine like wikoryl, alex cold
In viral illness there can be cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration .

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 10 m old boy1 Year agoA. hello you can put nasal drop and also use instant rub from babyhug which is effective and in regards to the medicine it would be better to check with your doctor and she will be able to guide you accordingly which would be better and also safe too
