A. its very difficult to tell anything without examination.. better consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment as advised as soon as possible to avoid chances of complications

A. hello there as you said that white spot spreading day by day that means this is the indication that your child is baby having some skin allergy like Eczema so you need to consult with your doctor or the skin specialist let you baby examine properly and start with the treatment as suggested by the doctor
