if the consistency is hard and the child is having pain while passing stool it is considered as constipation.
give plenty of water and fibre diet to the child
it is important to give fibre diet from cereals pulses vegetables and fruits
avoid giving more than 400 ml milk everyday and avoid giving packet and processed foods as well as biscuits and refined foodd
adding papaya , fennel seeds water , oats pear prunes pineapple banana kishmish to the regular diet will help in decreasing constipation.

What is usually tight when you not give do not give sufficient amount of liquid and fibre to the child to try to include more of liquids and fibre so the digestion is proper and the poop is also going to get proper proper with that so make sure to include these things properly into the diet of the child
