Q.

may baby has mild dry cough and cold.. should i given dualin LD 6hours gap and budecort in 12hours gap?? bcz cold make his asthma attack plz doc suggested me.. whn he has suffering from attack doc given him 8day course 4hours gap dualine LD AND budecort 12hours gap.. plz any doc suggests me for mild cold..

A. Hello, your baby boy is 29 months old and if he is having a asthmatic bronchitis then you can use budecort instead of Duoline respules and give him orally syrup Ascoril Ls

A. for the mild cold you can give steam inhalation use nasoclear saline nasal drops apply warm mustard oil on baby chest back feet and gently massage at bed time use Babyhug rapid relief baby rub
