Hello ma’am All the things are completely normal but I will tell you that these things take a lot of time to heal completely maybe by the age of 1 to 1 1/2 years so just once you complete your 6 to 8 months of delivery start working out take proper diet always and don’t go for any work out if you’re feeling too much of weakness into your body
