But you can become pregnant even before menses resumes
So use proper contraception
For backache
Use local hot bags and pain killer cream or oral meds as required
Avoid bending from waist, bend with knees folded
Massage your back
Do some exercises gradually
Floor exercises and walk are best
Abdominal muscles toning exercises and cardio are good
Drink 3-4 litres of water per day
Take a course of vitamin D
Take calcium supplements
Sit upright with back support
