#asktheexperts Hello Doctor, I got my periods just after 1 month. LMP was 3rd Nov 2020 and now periods came on 3rd Sep 2021. I delivered my baby on 25th July. Is it normal ?

A. periods may remain irregular till one year after delivery so no need to worry for that just maintain proper health bye good nutritious diet and adequate water intake and also try to sleep whenever baby is sleeping
