avoid during sleeping or having meals.
otherwise whole day

Hello ma’am You can wear it for as many hours as you want in a day and you can continue it for least 2 to 3 months because it really helps a lot on avoiding the sagging of tummy because that is what the job of the belt is it is not going to make you lose on the weight or anything but it’ll just avoid sale
