ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. You can start using it as early as one week after the surgery but make sure that you tight only snuggly. You are not supposed to tie it tightly. It’s purposes only to give support your post partum belly and it will not reduce your tummy fatWrite Your Answer Here
