ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. you can start to body massage after your stitch line has healed properly post your c-section delivery massaging will just relax your body and meanwhile you are advised to keep taking the Iron and Calcium supplements and a healthy nutritious diet
